Inconsistent internet speed

Hello my name is [Removed: Personal information] over the past few years I’ve been increasingly disappointed with my Internet speed. I am paying for a higher Internet speed and I only have approximately four devices using it and it consistently cannot keep up and many times we lose service. I’m really getting sick and tired of it. I’m thinking about changing companies so if you can fix the situation, I might stay with you. I’ve been with you for about 10 years but if you can’t and from what I’m reading about poor service and responses on these other chat lines, I say you better get your act together thank you very much.

Hello @user_q4zf7w Sorry to hear you have been having service issues. What speed are you paying for currently? Have you ran any speed tests? We would be happy to help troubleshoot this and figure out what may be causing the issues. You should receive close to what your plan comes with at all times.
