In need of a tech

Hello. I have had a lightening strike happen at my house on Sunday. Since then, I have had 0 internet with the earliest tech coming on the 18th, which is just insane… that’s 7 days no internet, while I work from home. I have exhausted every last option with the chat agents, and am now seeking higher up help, cause this is ridiculous to wait this long for a tech to come fix a lightening strike that took out my net
