I'm trying to use Comcast Business CBR2T Modem and this happens..

I was trying to use Comcast Business CBR2T to my home Internet modem, and then I activate it with the live agent, then she put in Mac address to my account, then she tells me it's not able to use Comcast Business modem to my home Internet 😭😭

One more thing: I did have go to the local office of the Xfinity, they say its work
