Illegal Actions by Comcast Xfinity

Xfinity customer service refused to provide you with legal documentation and violate the law by charging your account. They refused to send me anything that showed the canceling of my account and charged me for a device I returned to them a year ago. They continue to harass me with nuisance actions. I’ve reported the violation of my rights to the supervisors after their employee didn’t cancel my account when instructed, fraudulently started a new plan without my consent, and extra fraudulent charges on account, and more. They refused to provide me with legal documentation requested on multiple occasions, refused to send me confirmation that my accounts were all ended, lied and said I have equipment that was returned to them a year ago and more. 
I nicely removed my other complaints from the form after harassing request from Xfinity Comcast staff and employees. If the fraudulent charges are not removed before NYE, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal actions. As the continual criminal actions by Comcast Xfinity is ILLEGAL…the company should be ashamed of itself. Keep in mind I was a loyal customer of 7 years who went above and beyond to continually resolve issues caused by their staff.
