If xfinity is gonna sell wi-fi, could you at lease make sure the wi-fi works?

I've had Xfinity wifi for two years now, only because it's the only option at my address. Every single day while I am working, the wifi goes out, loses connections, delays, etc. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I've had at least one work video call either lose connection completely or slow down to the point where I am paused, pixelated, delayed, have that weird robot voice, etc. This has been going on for two years. I've contacted Xfinity multiple times. First time the modem gets reinstalled and wifi somewhat works, but constantly drops. Second time they come and I am told I need wifi extenders—I buy them, they somewhat improve, but still experiencing dropped calls, slow speeds, etc. Third time they come, awesome tech moves replaces my modem moves it to a central location in the apartment, resets the connection, and we're good. Mind you, the customer service agent tells me that once the tech comes they will fix everything and I won't have anymore problems. Then, today, just three days after the tech was here, I have a super important video call drop. Literally still experiencing wifi and connection issues. To top it off, I've been on customer service call with an agent for a hour now (when I have work to do) and they're trying to figure out a solution. THEN...he tells me my bill is going to double when my promo sign-up ends next month AND when they sent the previous tech I was charged $100 that the agent I spoke to and sent the tech never told me. Like seriously, Xfinity, get your sh*t together. Also, for two years been paying for 1200mbps and this is what I've been getting when I check speed tests on speedtests.net is 300-600 mbps download speed, upload mbps 1.02-5.6, and ping ms 104-178 (I have screenshots of all of this). Make it make sense. Literally, if there were other internet options and companies I would use them. I hope I never have to use Xfinity again. Until y'all do better—I will keep asking: If xfinity is gonna sell wi-fi, could you at lease make sure the wi-fi works?
