I'd like to check the status on ticket [Edited]
I have a ticket that was submitted on February 23rd to modify my Xfinity Account plan back to it's correct state (Superfast Internet....NOT 1Gig internet). Ticket number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I've not seen any changes as of yet and it's been 9 business days already.
