I'd like assistance changing my internet plan without new equipment
I have an older plan(1200mb/s) that has a data usage limit. I'd like to change it to a newer plan (1000mb/s) that has no usage limit. I also have my own router and modem.
When I go to change my plan, the only options include hardware that I don't want or need.
How can I simply change my plan to unlimited, with nothing else?

Hi there, @user_9lf4e5 I understand your frustration it really shouldn’t be this complicated to switch plans. You’re not trying to add anything extra, just move from an older 1200 Mbps plan with a data cap to a newer 1000 Mbps plan that has unlimited data, while continuing to use your own modem and router.
