I want a refund

I am paying for 2000 Mbs. I am getting 102% of 1200 Mbs according to my Xfinity app and wired test speeds connected to my cable modem. I want a refund for the last month for the difference in speed. I also want someone to reprovision my bootfile. You are charging me for 2000 Mbs and not providing it.
