I upgraded my plan and I pay more than anyone I know and my internet is worse than everyone I know
I recently upgraded to 400mbps and my internet got slower than my original plan which was only 35mbps. i cant watch a tv show if someone is using their phone. this is ridiculous and the customer service is even worse. the download speed at 12:30 with no one awake and only one device being used is 5mbps. it might be time to move on from xfinity if I cant get a hold of a person that can help me with this

Hi there, user_2dc1uy! Getting faster speed is always exciting! I apologize that has not been coming through to your end and want to get this fixed! You should have no problems with streaming and another device or in use. Have you already tried checking the cables and resetting the modem? Have you used the Xfinity app or spoken to an agent to have a signal sent to the modem?
