I unplug my modem now no sevic
I unplugged my modem,the when I plug it back in I have no service . They want me to set up an appointment. But I know there is a way for you to look into my set up reset it or see what's going on. Can you please help me.

Is/are the indicator light/lights on the modem lit steadily, or are they blinking ?

You're correct, and we can see more in the background, given there's an active connection to the modem. That said, is the light on the modem illuminated, and if so, what color is the light and is it solid or flashing?
