I test my internet speeds and it is nowhere near what we are supposed to be getting.
We pay for "up to" 1200mbps and I am always getting 17.6, why should I pay you for this? 17.6 is technically "up to" but that is just robbing us. Is my location maxed out or something because you don't have the infrastructure??
