i pay for over gigabit ethernet over 1 gig speeds, i used to get around 920 to 940 Mbps, now i get 90 Mbps,

called support they said 90 is enough for what i need, fine then  refund me all the money for the gig service ive been paying for! 

How do i  get back to my 900+ i literally have reset everything numerous times, refreshed signals etc, im convinced they just throttle my speed from the get go now and  COULD give me more but wont. 

do i need to sign up to have a tech come out and tell me everything is fine just so i can get them to turn it back up again?
