I need Xfinity to stop throttling or limiting my uploads during my livestream. How do I escalate and resolve this issue?
I host a livestream 2 days a week, with a usual upstream speed between 10 and 12 gigabits, and almost every week, my upstream gets throttled down under 1 megabit mid-show without warning. People have to stream live video every day in Zoom meetings and other ways. It should not be too much to ask to have a reliable upstream that doesn't get capped or limited in the middle of a stream.
How do I speak to service tech who can turn off whatever algorithm is limiting my upload speed?

Hello @eheller, and thanks for reaching out with your upload concern. I would be happy to assist you in any way I can to find out why it keeps dropping for you. We don't have any limits in place that would affect the speed at any time, but I'm happy to help find out why they keep dropping for you.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
