I need to connect my TV to internet via LAN

I have internet and want to connect my TV via LAN and it's not working - please help

Have you tried using a different Ethernet port on the router ? Are you sure that the Ethernet cable is good ? Are you using the correct setting for the Ethernet input on the TV ?

Thanks. Looks like the port , settings ( I got them from Xfinity app in  my account) and the cable are correct. I tried to remove it to use a different port but looks like it got jammed.

No. I bought a new cable - still the same issue. It's not detecting it. It says it't not connected to the gateway - contact your service provider
