I need a technician to come out. I have a wire that needs to be replaced and my internet keeps going out

Can someone please help me?  I cannot put up with this much longer.

@daddyghr I appreciate you making us aware of this intermittent internet issue you're currently experiencing. I would be more than happy to help get this resolved with you. I'd like to make sure we cross everything off our list of things that can be affecting your signal before we proceed with updating the line connected to your home. 

 

So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
