I moved to a new place with Xfinity and it’s been weeks with no Wi-Fi
I took all the appropriate steps before moving to make sure that I would have no issues I called an agent to ask if I could keep my equipment and they said yes. (I have NOW internet.) after I moved, I was notified by a different agent that I would have to get a new modem instead. I received the new modem and installed it and mysteriously, there was no Internet connection after I connected to the new Wi-Fi. it has now been over a week after I moved and there is still no Wi-Fi in my home I have talked to support for hours a day every day have had a technician come by and still, nobody can help me. I have been requesting higher lines of support and have not received anything but automated numbers from agents that are absolutely unhelpful. I have had an agent assure me that they created a new account for me after I moved and I paid for a month of Wi-Fi that I’m not receiving. The technician was unable to help, but suggested that the new account set up had mistakes made by the agent though I’m not sure what those are as the address is accurate, but that’s all the information I have. I need help with this immediately, if anyone knows my rights in this situation, please reach out to me. at this point, I am extremely offended and tired and I think I’m going to move onto a different provider as long as I can get a refund for this, but it’s been impossible to get support from anyone. I NEED HELP! ASAP
