If you are using a Comcast gateway, see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-change-wifi-password. If you are not using a Comcast device please post the model number of your WiFi router or gateway.

If you have your own router, you can do a reset on it and then use the modem's default user ID and password to log in. You then have to set up everything again.
