I just went on vacation mode, kept wi fi (modem) when date in went into effect I lost my comunication with my Schlage front door access,
I can't connect with my Schlage front door lock since I went on vacation mode. Keep Modem.

If you selected "Seasonal Xfinity Internet Suspend" on https://comcastseasonal.com I believe that only keeps your email alive. For actual Internet access, you need to select "Seasonal Xfinity Internet Access (20mbps)".
