I just moved to a new place a week ago and I've already used 75% of my data

It doesn't make any sense. I don't game, I mostly just stream from Netflix and the like and definitely not in 4k. I work for 4 hours at home a day, 4 days a week. How is it possible to already use up that much data in one week? Trying to get in touch with an agent is a nightmare as it seems like the only option is the xfinity assistant which is just showing me my data usage and not much else.

Thank you for reaching out @user_vhg3sd I would be concerned as well. At this time data usage is verified by an independent, third-party auditor. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance.
