I just got a call from Comcast to upgrade my internet service to increase my speeds. Is it a scam?

I got a call from Comcast offering to increase my speeds to 800, and keep my monthly payment the same for the next 24 months. They said it was because I work from home. Not thinking, I gave them my phone number, email, and then clicked the link they texted me to "confirm the upgrade." It didn't hit me as suspicious until right after the call. Is this real or is it a scam? If it's a scam, what do I do next?

Likely so.  If you entered a password, change it now.

If you use the same password on other sites, change that now too, especially banking information.

Never respond to a phone solicitation of any kind.
