I have requested to cancel my service immediately and nothing yet!!

Our internet has not been working which is extremely frustrating because I work from home as well as I homeschool my children. Just cancel my internet services immediately and refund me for the no internet we haven’t had. Do it immediately and do not try and talk me out of it!!!!
