I have port forwarding issues and need help from Comcast Support Team

Dear Sir/Madam:

I have port forwarding issues.  I opened port 80 and 443 for http and https for my web server, but somehow the ports are blocked and not seen from people on the internet.  Can you help me to look into my problems and help me configuring port forwarding for port 80 and 443?

Please let me know what to do.
