I have no idea what's going on

Everyday my cable and internet goes out.  I try and call this company and can't find any humans there.  The prompts just loop around.  I want money off my bill.

They ask you to refer a friend.  If I do that with this service they won't be a friend for long.

They offer security.  How does that work without the internet or wifi?
