I have been having a very bad system speed since the morning of Feb 14 from 8am to 2.30 pm

Very slow speed - particularly download speed under 2 MBPS. This was an annoying problem during the entire morning of Feb 14 from 8 AM to 2.30 PM. I tried restarting the modem several times between 8 and 8.30ish. After that I had to join a meeting and had to suffer with this horrible speed until 2.30, when I had another chance to reboot. After that system was back to over 200MBps + download.
