I have battery backup, why isn’t it working

It appears I have a power outage. I purchased the battery backup to avoid this situation. I cannot speak to a person because of the outage. I need my battery backup that I am paying for to work. I feel like during the outage is the appropriate time to solve this problem. Can someone please help me?

@user_6j9fgk Oh no! This definitely isn't the experience we want for our valued customers. I understand that this was a few days ago and you likely have power back now. Were you able to ever get assistance with the battery?
