I forgot admin tool login. Need help logging in.

Is there any way to change the Admin tools password? Apparently the login to the admin pg is incorrect. I thought password was password and user name was admin. But it tells me I have 2 many failed attempts n that password is incorrect. I dnt remember changing it 2 began with. I've reset modem with paper clip. Still password to admin tool pg is incorrect. My power was out for 3 days. In when it came back on my wifi to my gaming consoles keeps talking about something called NAT.
