It's been 2 days and no updates , no communication , not even a gesture of when services are returning!  My side business is now suffering revenue loss because of this incompetent company! [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]! XFINITY GET UR [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] TOGETHER!

@user_6wikmh Please use the link provided by our Forums expert @EG to check for service interruptions in the area. If there are then the updates available there will be the same information we have access to. If you don't see an interruption in the area being reported then we can troubleshoot it further.
