I don't have a coax outlet at home

I moved to a new apartment and I don't have a coax outlet here to connect my modem. Can you send a technician to install one?

Look outside on the side of your home to see what wires are coming to and from the pole.

Chances are you might find a coaxial splitter outside.

Hello there, @user_5c27r9! Thank you for visiting the Xfinity Community Forum with your service and equipment concerns. You've come to the right place for help! Our team and the community are great to work with because we'll always do everything we can to help :) I see that one of our Problem Solvers recommended checking outside to see where the wires are coming from and if you can locate a coaxial splitter. Did you get a chance to do that yet? Or have you scheduled a Pro Install since creating this post?

@user_5c27r9 - Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our Forums guidelines. You must first create your own public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference, and I look forward to assisting you further if you still need our help in any way!
