I know how important having control of your network can be, and we can certainly do all we can to help. When you attempt the process, do you get any error messages or codes? When happens when you try to save it?
I am not the OP but I am having a similar problem. When I use the Admin tool, it directs me to the app when I try to change the wifi names. In the app, I click on the wifi button at the bottom and it gives a very abbreviated page and no option to change wifi name/password or assign users or much of anything. I have just upgraded from XB6 toXB8 and had to have an agent assist In activation as I could not activate in the app.
