I can't load my website on any device connected to Xfinity internet

I cannot access my company’s website (www.eldregebooks.com) on any device (mac, PC, smartphone, etc) connected to Xfinity internet. However, I can connect to the site via cellular and through VSP. I know it’s not my router because I reset that, plus the site can’t be accessed through Xfinity interntet a friend’s home. I also can't connect through an Xfinitywifi hotspot. I ran a Traceroute, and the path seems to get stuck at the third place (see below), which is a comcast address. How do I get this fixed?
