I can't get to job sites or job assessments. Is the Xfinity firewall blocking me

All of a sudden, I can't get to job sites like Indeed, Ziprecruiter, etc.  Further, I've been invited to take an assessment for a job but I'm blocked on all browsers and all devices.  How can we fix this?  I've already shut down all of my existing firewalls.  Xfinity is the only one left
