I can’t access a website on my home network

Hi, I cannot access any website maintained by https://membersplash.com/ while connected to my home network. This company maintains websites for community pools across the county, and I cannot access any websites they maintain. I have tried multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, both hard wired and WiFi connections etc. If I disable WiFi on my phone and go to the website using cellular, fee page loads right up. Has their domain, url, ip or something been blacklisted? How do I fix? Thank you.

Perhaps posting the output of a trace route to the site may reveal a clue.
