I cannot play online games on any console or pc

I have tried resetting the modem multiple times dealt with customer support who also reset modem multiple times and it’s been going on two days of not being able to play games online. I have no idea what to do. I have tried wireless and Ethernet cables (different cables even) everything states it’s issue with internet provider. I just want to play my games online and I can barely stream without it pausing.

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon 
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
