I cannot connect to USA websites but I can connect to Germany and Russia
I cannot connect to AOL, Amazon, Facebook et al but I can connect to Chase, Germany and Russia. I've rebooted computer. modem and router. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome. I've run speed test and speed is ONLY 250 and latency is HIGH.
