I cannot connect to some websites

About a week ago my Xfinity internet will no longer allow me to access some specific websites. such as Salesforce login, Sugarloaf.com and more. Otherwise it works fine and is fast.

I thought my cable modem was fried from recent power outages so replaced it with one on the approved list. Still have the problem both using WiFi and LAN.

I have confirmed using two different laptops and two different cell phones all with the same results. All can access these sites using mobile hotspot.

The reason why you have access problem on certain website is usually because your public IP address has been blacklisted in some anti-spam database.

You can confirm that your public IP address has been blacklisted from to this site but you will need to know your public IP address.

Thanks - none of the sites show my IP address as blacklisted.

I have submitted a support request to Xfinity

What happens when you try to reach those sites? Any error messages? The more details you can provide, the better.

Thanks all - the issue seems to have resolved itself after I put in a support ticket. For awhile I could not get to the sites mentioned. Then I could only get to them on the 2.4GHz band but now all seem to work on both 2.4 and 5GHz bands. Will circle back if it comes back.
