I cannot connect my wireless hp 4500 to my xfiniry wifi now

Having an issue of my xfinity wifi name not showing up as a wifi connection after paying for service for 2 months, almost being kicked out if my housing because of their cameras and doorlocks

@XfinityAbby​ yes, I have my earbuds connected, I see my wifi name Wayneszflip3 and enter password, it said on printer connected though on my phone it's not showing my wayneszflip3 name under connections

@user_qku8yc  Just to clarify, the printer says it's connected? Is the phone unable to connect? What other devices in your home are you able to connect without any issues? We appreciate you taking the time to provide clarification, so we are able to better assist you.
