I cannot access my personal website on xfinity/comcast network

I have a website that is trivial but meaningful to me. I cannot access it when on the xfinity network. I can access it from my phone when wifi is turned off on phone. And I can access the website when on a different provider network. This appears to have started about 4 to 6 weeks ago. Nothing has changed with our router or cable modem. Is this something on your end?

Excatly what happens when you try? Do you get any sort of error message or code, or does the browser just time out?

Note that your trace reaches beyond Comcast's network, through Level3, and onto Singlehop's network. That means Comcast is not blocking your trace packets.

I can browse the site. When one customer cannot reach a site but others can, it usually means the site is blocking that customer's public Comcast IP. You can look up your IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=IP. You'll probably need to ask the site's admins for help with this.

My trace completes to the target IP:
