I can not reach a particular web site
I can not reach bethesdamagazine.com using my Xfinity cable connection
- I get a "403 Forbidden" error
- I've tried multiple different web browsers - no luck
- I emailed the company, the said they are not blocking me
- I can reach bethesdamagazine.com with my xfinity phone
- I can reach bethesdamagazine.com with his URL: https://issuu.com/bethesdamagazine
- I live within driving distance of Bethesda and that organization
- I use a Netgear Cable Modem - AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router - Model C7000v2

"403 Forbidden" responses come from the target system or its webhost, not from your ISP or anyone else along the path to the target system. I can reach the site using my Comcast Internet connection. If you are only blocked using your Comcast connection then the host is blocking your public Comcast IP, whether they know it or not, and whether they admit it or not.
You can look up your IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=what+is+my+IP. You'll need to ask the site's admins for help with this.
