I can not log in on my iphone (current IOS installed)
I am using my user ID and password to log in to xfinitywifi. However, it will not let me access the free wifi. It puts me throuogh all the prompts and then says I "come from an unknown source." Also, I have had lots of problems with being logged out. That did not use to happen! Solutions?

Hello @user_d41d68. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I see you are trying to log into the free WiFi hotspots? Have you tried the steps in this Link to get connected?
