I believe my wifi speed is being throttled could someone look into it for me?

I have the gig plan and im only getting around 50 download after doing ever troubleshoot test and restarting multiple times it has been like this for a week.

@user_09e38d I can definitely understand the concern. Can you clarify what troubleshooting you have completed. We know your time is valuable and I don't want to ask you to repeat steps you may have taken. Also, have you tested your speeds on an Ethernet connection by chance? If so, can you share those speeds here?

@XfinityBillie​ I dont really know whats happening anymore I moved around pods yesterday and my wifi speed upstairs went back up from 40 mpbs to around 120 but thats still way slower than it used to be at around 400 +. I have done every troubleshoot that you guys have told me to do and nothing has worked.
