I am trying to see the settings for DHCP on my home network - can't find it.

Can anyone tell me where the DHCP server settings are?  I need to see the range and IP addresses being given out and so on - not just the "connect" list, but somewhere that I can remove stale records.  It seems I've run out of addresses which makes no sense.. but I can't find the place to look.
