I am sooo tired of Xfinity not doing a darn thing about my packet loss

I live in the 33015 Area code in Hialeah, FL and I have had packet loss nearly every night between 5pm-2am since April of this year. Please fix the node with the IP address of [Edited:PII]. This node has had nothing but issues and I can't keep living this way considering my mom and I work from home. This packet loss is on the upload side and it's causing major issues here. I've had multiple techs come out including 1 that came a few days ago. The last tech that came asked me what issues was I having, he didn't even enter my house to check my line and then he told me "I will put a maintenance request for the node" didn't give me his name, a ticket number, nothing and then when he left I got a text saying "we're sorry we missed you. Your appointment is now cancelled" PLEASE FIX MY NODE!!! I pay $340 for your service and have been with you guys for like 15+ years.

Look at this test... literally started it for 3 mins and it's already dropping that many packets...
