Please understand that we can only troubleshoot up to a certain point with peripheral devices since we only support our devices, our connection, and making sure it is going into your home. You may want to pull the power cable out of your printer for about a minute and plug it back in to see if your wireless network is detected. You also need to check if the printer is capable to connect to either a 2.4 GHz channel or the 5 GHz channel and make sure you are connecting to the corresponding frequency.
