Huge surge in use of internet data

I've had an almost 10 times increase in my internet data usage since December 2023, with a huge increase in March, April, and now May and approaching the 1.2 TB limit.  There are no new people in our home, no new teleworking, and no new devices (or change in device habits). Can you help me to troubleshoot this challenge?  Thanks!

@user_syg17n At this time data usage is verified by an independent, third-party auditor. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance.
