Greetings, @user_70d173! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your printer, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

MAC Filtering is usually set up in the Advanced Security section of your router's control panel or admin tool. Accessing the admin tool can vary, depending on which modem or router you are using, but it's commonly found by typing 10.0.0.1 in the URL bar on a connected device browser, and logging in with the username "admin" and password "passsword".

If you have an advanced xFI Gateway, MAC filtering is handled automatically, but you should still be able to see if there are any blocked devices or MAC Addresses through the Xfinity app.

If your wireless printer is disconnecting and reconnecting randomly, there may be other factors involved. MAC filtering will usually keep a device blocked, without allowing it to reconnect. Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues, and I would be more than happy to take a closer look.
