HP printer constantly offline

Wired or wireless?  When you switched to Xfinity did you reset the printer to the new settings?  Refer to your manual for instructions.

I have exactly the same issue.  We just switched to Xfinity too.  Was anyone able to resolve this?

I am having the same basic problem except it is with a X476 DW MFP. I have checked the printer and it is conneceted to the router/modem but when I try to use it from my two different apple notebooks it cannot find the printer. If I reboot everything it will sometimes work in the first try after starting up the computer but then fails when the either the computer or printer goes to sleep. The only way I have been able to print is to go off the wireless router and onto the direct connect which makes it a reall PIA ...

Any ideas

I have the same issue.  I normally end up deleting the drivers and reinstalling, that works for few hours and then it goes offline.  It it not a consistent issue with all the laptops in the house.  Some are more stable than others.  Now the printer seems to be refusing to connect to the wireless network.  I'll unplug and plug and reboot the moden and it will work for few hours.... tedious.  This must be a problem with the wifi rather than drivers?

I have the same issue with a brother printer. The printer shows up on the XFi app but none of my devices can connect to it.  Sometimes power on power off works but just for ONE print. It them goes back offline very frustrating and useless
