How why and when did my account disconnect

I had to get a new box some time ago and I was told that my bill was going to be due in oct. now it’s discounted, how, I have been trying to pay this bill all month, like what’s going on? I didn’t receive any notification or emails. I need to talk to a real person and I need someone to call me
