How to upgrade an existing plan to take advantage of higher upload speeds?
Hi there. I currently have a plan that is for 1000 Mbps down and 25 Mbps up. I noticed on the website when reviewing the plan options that the same plan for 1000 Mbps down now shows uploads at approx 160 Mbps up.
When I go to "Change Plan", the plan is already selected, so it doesn't seem like there's any way for me to update my plan to leverage that extra upload speed. I work from home and this would be greatly beneficial for my use case.
How can I get my current plan in line with what is being advertised? I don't want to upgrade to the next plan up (Which is 1200 Mbps down).

For faster upload you must meet the requirements in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/upload-speeds/677b01a7121aae71d76926bf?commentId=677b05b23423b47b4071a8d0&replyId=677bd66e7699a97c89069e62.
