How to solve Uncorrectable Codewords

I had unreliable internet, a tech came and fixed all the issues with the coaxial cable at the house. That improved the reliability, but there's still some issues with randomly slow upload speeds.

Our neighborhood recently got the mid-split upgrade, but we had a bomb cyclone that knocked down power during the upgrade, maybe something got messed up in the neighborhood because of the storm.

I noticed that there's some "Uncorrectable Codewords" on the Gateway, maybe that's the issue.

Here is what I see in the XFINITY Network section on the XB8:

I spoke with support they're sending in another tech to look into it. They said the correctable errors are normal but not the uncorrectable errors.

The tech came and installed a new wire to the house and fixed some interference from a neighbor, now I'm not getting any uncorrectable errors, and have been getting a stable connection.
