How to show current internet data usage

1. How to display data usage from web login....In the past there is device showing monthly data usage..now do not know howto

2. from xfinity app..when selecting internet data usage ...it will ask to open with "xfinity" or "xfinity hotspots":

    selecting xfinity will direct to "xfinity assistant" which is wasting time.....NO DATA  USAGE

    selecting "xfinity hotspot" will direct to "the hotspot app is no longer available" and connect with the xfinity app.....back to Account....NO DATA USAGE

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_0op0c8. If you are still not able to see the monthly data usage on the Xfinity app send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service. 

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
